ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL & COMPLIANCE

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is made up of volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors (BOD) and is responsible for preserving the architectural integrity of Candlewyck excluding the patio homes.  The functions of the ACC are to establish general architectural control guidelines, to inform homeowners about the guidelines, and to ensure that the guidelines are followed.

Please review the documents below for more information.  Questions?  Contact us!

The Architectural Control Guidelines & Procedures document covers the restrictions regarding making modifications to your home.

The Candlewyck Compliance Standards document covers not only restrictions regarding modifications to your home, but also some of the expectations regarding regular maintenance of your home and yard.

Before making any changes on the exterior of your house, please submit a Home Modification Form to the ACC for approval.

If your home is found in non-compliance, you will be issued a letter similar to these, indicating what the issue is and how long you have to address it.
