Candlewyck has two homeowner associations.  The Master HOA covers all 313 houses in Candlewyck, which includes the 105  Candlewyck Patio Homes.  The Candlewyck Homes Association is governed by the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Code, Covenants & Rules.

In addition to membership in the master HOA, the 105  Candlewyck Patio Homes have their own Board of Directors, dues, socials and bylaws.  These wonderful homes still fall under the umbrella of the master HOA and are obligated to both HOA's dues payments and rules.
